WREATHS ACROSS AMERICA NEEDS YOU DEC 15TH.

On December 15th Wreaths Across America will be decorating the 80,000 graves in Houston National Cemetery.  Our local cemetery is the second largest in the nation only being surpassed by Arlington National Cemetery.  This is a good way to honor our fallen vets by placing a Christmas wreath on their grave site.  If you want to help visit THIS SITE  which has all the details.  People will meet at the Greenspoint Mall parking lot on that Saturday morning and be transported via bus to the cemetery where all the supplies will be waiting.  If you want to donate to the cause the link will take you to a donation site as well.

OCF's devotional book, Making the Trip With God on Route 316; Directions to the City of Eternal Life 4th Edition is Now AVAILABLE . Get your orders in now.

Back Jacket;if you only remember hearing a single verse in the Bible, itis Probably John 3:16, "For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life." However, it amazes me how many terrific 3:16 verses there are in the other books of the New Testament. in fact, these verses tell the whole gospel story and are enough to show us the way to Heaven.Like the little lights that mark the path down the aisle of an airplane, or those that shine on the darkened stairs in a movie theater, this daily devotional book uses these verses to show you how to start your walk with God, and enables you to stay on the road that leads to Heaven. This 40 day journey, complete model prayers and a daily Bible study, will answer the great questions of life; Where will I spend eternity?" and "How do I get there?"

Order yours today.Suggested donation for a copy is $2.00. Larger orders will receive a substantial discount.

Also, we have volunteers who have offered to mentor anyone wishing to take a closer walk with Christ, need some one to help them grow their faith or just need a friend to help walk in God's grace while living in this fallen world.
